The Role:
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients worldwide across Sport, Events, and Music. You’ll understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop client portfolios, building strong, lasting relationships
* Serve as the main point of contact, providing expert support and guidance
* Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and maximise revenue
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service
* Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve any issues
* Provide regular reporting and updates to clients and stakeholders
About You:
* Experience in account management, client services, or similar roles
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
* Highly organised, able to manage multiple clients simultaneously
* Bilingual skills highly desirable to support international clients
* Proactive, solution-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
