The Role
As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional, ingredient-led Mediterranean dishes at the highest standard. This is a leadership position within a beautifully designed, luxury setting where quality, precision, and creativity are paramount.
You will:
Support the Head Chef in leading and developing the kitchen brigade
Ensure consistently outstanding food quality and presentation
Bring authentic Mediterranean knowledge and techniques to the menu
Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, organisation, and kitchen management
Contribute to menu development with a strong understanding of seasonal Mediterranean ingredients
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a very high-end or luxury environment
Deep understanding of Mediterranean cuisine (Italian, French coastal, Spanish, Greek or broader regional influences)
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a professional brigade
Calm, organised, and quality-driven under pressure
Currently based in London with full working rights in the UK (essential)
