Job Description
The Senior Sales Manager will be:
* Creating and maintaining a trustful customer relationships with automotive OEM's - JLR and alike
* Preparing and managing customer quotations for new business
* Coordinating of all change requests
* Conducting trouble shootings initiatives with pre-series deliveries with customer senior manager level
* Monitoring customer satisfaction and related KPI´s
* Liaison with different stakeholder (internal) to solve customer requests
* Promoting our technologies and product for new business opportunities
* Participating and supporting strategic sales objective setting process
* Managing and negotiating customer claims and requests towards the customer
* Overseeing overall project status for the customer to identify risk for nominations
* Ensuring legal framework for projects are set
* Monitoring of sales performance / forecast / moving plan
The Successful Applicant
The Senior Sales Manager will have:
* Degree level in Engineering, or equivalent combination of experience and education
* Several years of professional experience in a comparable position with an internationally active supplier or similar.
* Experience in automotive infotainment, cockpit electronics, connectivity, vision systems etc. and related products
* Awareness of Key Customer milestones and processes
* Technical understanding, especially automotive electronics and software
* Experience in preparing and managing customer quotations for new business
* Assertiveness and negotiating skills
