What You'll Bring
Essential:
* 2+ years in Insurance Pricing
* Strong Python skills and ML model development experience
* Expertise in feature engineering, model monitoring, and maintenance
* Proven problem-solving ability and stakeholder engagement
* Experience mentoring or managing team members
Desired:
* Model deployment and MLOps experience
* Project management and leadership skills
* Familiarity with GIT, Azure DevOps, and SQL
* Understanding of ethical AI and customer impact
* Ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
