This is your chance to make a difference by joining the Children’s Safeguarding Assurance Partnership (CSAP) in a Business Support Officer role as part of the Lancashire Safeguarding Business Unit (LSBU). You will work closely with colleagues, managers, and partners in a highly sensitive environment. Given the emotional nature of our work, the ability to handle confidential and distressing information is crucial with resilience being a key attribute.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Meeting Administration: Arrange dates, book rooms, prepare agendas, and support with minutes when required.
2. Enquiry Management: Respond to and resolve email, telephone, and postal enquiries received by the LSBU.
3. Business Administration: Support all aspects of the Child Safeguarding Practice Review, Child Death Overview, and Safeguarding Adult Review processes.
4. Event Support: Assist with conferences and events, including preparing materials and setting up stalls.
5. Social Media & Website: Upload information and share posts on social media platforms in line with campaigns and national activities. Maintain and update website content.
6. Webinars & Training: Support the delivery of webinars and training programmes by maintaining attendance lists, sending out and collating evaluations, and producing certificates.
