Job Purpose and Overview ​ ​ ​ The main purpose of th is role is to provide administrative support to the Business Support teams (Marketing, HR & IT) and Private Client team s based at Regent St. ​ This is a full time position and we would ideally be looking to employ two part time individuals so that they can provide cover for each other during periods of annual leave/sickness. ​ ​ ​ Key tasks and Accountabilities ​ Th e role will involve all types of administrative duties including: ​ ​ Opening and sorting of incoming post ​ Franking external post ​ Scanning ​ Filing, faxing, photocopying, shredding ​ Dealing with external and internal calls ​ Opening new files on FED and ensuring all information is correct ​ Providing cover for our busy Reception team and dealing with external calls from clients and other third parties ​ Organising the c ardboard collection with Mansfield BID ​ Order water for all water coolers at Regent Street ​ Grocery shopping order and taking in deliverie s ​ Ad hoc shopping for the office ​ Key cutting ​ General Orders ​ Organising and sending birthday cards for staff each month ​ Booking internal and external meeting rooms as required ​ Arranging catering for meetings and events ​ Checking diaries for availability and confirming attendance for large meetings. ​ Managing the office sign-in sheet for Regent St ​ Researching and gathering information for projects ​ Preparing welcome packs for new starters, including a Welcome Bag, ​ U sing Canva to create internal communication documents ​ Gathering quote information for training and other purchase requirements ​ ​ ​ Person Specification ​ Team player Working on own initiative Attention to detail Good communication skills, verbal and written A willingness to learn Prioritisation skills Good time management skills Flexibility Organised work ethic, friendly and approachable Self motivated Keen to understand and embrace the Fidler & Pepper culture, contributing positively to the office environment ​ What we offer you ​ A Flexible working environment ​ We offer a number of flexible working options to staff, which allow them to balance their individuals needs with those of the business The flexibility to take annual leave from as little as one hour at a time We also operate a flexitime working system providing flexibility with hours of work Lunchtime closure across the firm with one hour lunchbreak ½ day leave to celebrate your Birthday ​ Salary and benefits ​ We offer a competitive salary within a salary scale that allows ongoing progression A starting annual leave entitlement of 31 days (including bank holidays) increasing by a further 2 weeks with service Full-time hours which are lower than many employers at 35 hours per week over Monday to Friday We operate a non-contractual bonus scheme which you will benefit from after completion of our “settling in” period This role will be based between our Regent Street office. ​ Ready to Join Us?
