This is a career-defining role within a truly supportive team, it is a newly created position within the firm and offers a lucrative benefits package. This role will initially focus on supporting the wider team as they establish and embed their new custom-built platform. The Job Working closely with the teams Financial Planners and Paraplanning team, you will help deliver professional, efficient, and compliant financial planning services to the firms client portfolio. You will also be involved across the following: Liaising with product providers to ensure timely & accurate responses to clients. Supporting new clients with on-boarding onto the firm's custom platform. Assisting with the migration of client's assets onto the firm's new custom platform. Taking ownership of the implementation of new business, ensuring it is processed quickly & accurately. Candidate Criteria To be considered for the role, you will ideally possess the following: 1-2 years' experience within a similar role or a fast-paced administrative role within an IFA or relevant work environment (essential). Excellent communication skills, with a confident telephony manner. Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to a high degree of accuracy. Ideally you will be skilled in preparing client reports. Interest in completing the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (desirable).
