Our partner are a rapidly growing provider of Security and Facilities solutions, trusted by clients across multiple sectors for reliability, innovation, and customer-first approach. As they expand their market presence, they are seeking a driven Sales Director to lead commercial growth and drive new business.
The Role:
As Sales Director, you will take full ownership of sales strategy and execution. You will lead a motivated sales team, but this is not a desk job—you’ll be actively pitching, presenting, and closing deals alongside your team.
You will be responsible for:
* Developing and executing a winning sales strategy across both Security and FM services.
* Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing sales team.
* Personally engaging in key client meetings, tenders, and negotiations.
* Identifying new market opportunities and driving expansion into new sectors or geographies.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
* Collaborating closely with operations, marketing, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and success.
About You
We’re looking for someone who’s more than just a people manager—you’re a dealmaker at heart. You’re energetic, commercially astute, and love being on the front line of business development.
You will have:
* Proven sales leadership experience in Security, Facilities Management, or a closely related B2B service sector with frontline staffing.
* A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets—personally and through teams.
* A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to get out into the field.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong understanding of contract sales, bid/tender processes, and long-term client relationship management.
* We are also looking to speak with people looking to step into their first leadership role.
