As a Branch Manager, you will be offered:

As a Branch Manager, your duties will be:
6. Build, support and develop a high-performing team
7. Maximise revenue opportunities and drive overall branch profitability
8. Proactively generate new business and nurture strong client relationships
9. Maintain the highest levels of customer service and brand representation
10. Conduct Market Appraisals confidently and professionally
11. Follow up on leads both over the phone and face-to-face
12. Train, coach and mentor staff to reach their full potential
13. Negotiate offers successfully and close deals
14. Register applicants, greet customers and create outstanding client experiences
15. Carry out viewings when required
Requirements for the role of Branch Manager:
16. Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager within Estate Agency
17. Ideally, have a strong knowledge of the local property market
18. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a successful team
19. A strong track record of winning instructions and driving business growth
20. Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
21. Sales-driven mindset with real energy, ambition, and a proactive attitude
22. Positive, forward-thinking approach to generating new business
23. Outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
