Front of house superstar required working for a scaling global investment firm at their stunning Central London HQ. With offices around the world, the London HQ is a hub of activity, there is a beautiful meeting and event space, regularly hosting clients, guests and colleagues from overseas. We are looking for someone who thrives at providing a first class front of house service, joining their excellent office support team as a Receptionist. Duties will include; Welcoming visitors to the offices and signing them in Booking meeting rooms and assisting with Events coordination Providing refreshments for meetings and assisting with hosting any lunches Answering calls directly to the office, gatekeeping where necessary Managing couriers Booking travel for colleagues and guests Supporting the Office Manager and PAs with ad hoc tasks You will be joining a professional and slick business but one that is highly sociable and friendly. Personality is absolutely key for this role, it is essential that you are warm, personable, with a can do and helpful attitude. Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience in a similar front of house role. Ex cabin crew, or hotel front of house for a 5* operation also considered. Excellent written and spoken English is essential. The company does offer progression but equally someone who is a career receptionist would really enjoy this opportunity.
