Admin Officer (Annual Review)
Part‑time – Thursday (8.00am – 4.00pm) and Friday (8.30am – 4.00pm)
XS 8.8a – Grade 8 (SCP 12‑20) – £9,857 – £11,235 pro‑rated per annum
14.5 hours per week, term‑time only plus inset week
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual who would like to work in a special school environment and join our friendly office team. The primary focus of this role is to support the administration of the EHCP annual review process. You will need to be well‑organised and work effectively with another member of the team working on annual reviews. The successful candidate will need to be adaptable, flexible and enjoy working in a busy team.
A good working knowledge of Word and Excel is required in addition to excellent organisational skills. Good communication skills (written and verbal) will be essential as will an eye for detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
