Exciting opportunity to join our recruitment team. Working from our London Bridge office- As a recruitment assistant within an engineering and technical sector\n\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\n * Posting job advertisements across various job boards and platforms based on our current recruitment locations.\n\n * Monitoring job ads, reviewing CVs, scheduling first-round interviews via Zoom/Teams.\n\n * Following up on employee references, security checks and ensuring applications are complete.\n\n * Sales admin, sending out emails working from the company database.\n\n * Handling phone calls professionally and addressing any queries or inquiries.\n\nTo be considered for this role, you’ll need to have:\n\n * A professional and confident telephone manner.\n\n * Strong IT skills, especially with MS Office and Excel.\n\n * At least two years of previous administrative or sales experience.\n\n * Excellent organizational skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities.\n\n * A resilient and determined attitude.\n\n * A positive, proactive approach.\n\n * Strong command of the English language.\n\nBenefits include:\n\n * Company pension plan\n\n * International Travel\n\n * Some remote working opportunities\n\n * Company Bonus & Commission scheme\n\nThis is a full-time, permanent position with hours Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.\n\nJob Type: Full-time, Permanent\n\nIf you feel you’re a great fit for this role, please apply
