As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. No two days are the same, and you'll be part of a supportive team that keeps everything running smoothly. What you'll be doing: greeting and assisting guests with a warm, can-do attitude Managing reception duties including emails, phone calls, and face to face enquiries signing up new members and helping them get started on their fitness journey promoting our memberships, services, and retail products Handling payments and cash with accuracy and care Responding to feedback and resolving any issues with professionalism Keeping the reception area tidy, organised, and inviting What we're looking for: A team player with great communication and people skills Someone who's organised, reliable, and confident using IT systems Previous experience in a leisure or hospitality setting is a bonus A positive attitude and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service If you're ready to bring energy, enthusiasm, and a smile to every shift, we'd love to hear from you.
