Job Description
We're seeking a confident and capable Building Manager to take full responsibility for the smooth running of a residential leasing development. In this client and tenant facing role, you'll be key to ensuring the property is well maintained, legally compliant and a welcoming place to live.
The role:
* Oversee the daily operations and general upkeep of the building
* Carry out routine inspections and ensure issues are dealt with promptly
* Manage budgets, financial planning and cost approvals in line with agreements.
* Act as the main contact for residents, addressing any concerns or tenancy issues.
* Support health and safety standards across the development
* Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.
* Reporting to PRS Manager
Requirements:
* Proven experience in residential or block management.
* Sound knowledge of property compliance, maintenance, and regulations.
* Ability to manage service charge budgets and financial reporting.
* Track record of managing suppliers and overseeing maintenance works.
* Confident in dealing with residents.
* Confident with Microsoft and property management systems.
