As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you'll be responsible for ensuring that guests have a positive, first-class dining experience. You'll greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payments. Additionally, you'll maintain a clean and organized dining area, restock supplies, and assist with food preparation as needed, working agilely to support the wider business. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are essential, and you'll always work with Aimbridge's four pillars of Food and Beverage in mind: People, Product, Guest, Performance.
Requirements include:
1. Passion for providing an exceptional guest experience and living our brand standards (experience not essential).
2. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests professionally and friendly.
3. Ability to work well in a team and support colleagues across the hotel.
4. Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.
5. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
