Finance Administrator – Property Maintenance
Location: Carlisle or Leeds
Salary: Circa £30,000

Join a well-established property maintenance division within a £450m construction and M&E group. We deliver reactive maintenance and small works across Northern England and Southern Scotland, supporting sectors such as retail, banking, healthcare, education, and housing.
The Role
We’re seeking a Finance Administrator with experience in accounts or finance support. You’ll manage invoicing, credit control, and reporting in a fast-paced, service-led environment. This role offers clear opportunities to grow your CV and progress within a professional finance setting.
Key Duties:
• Process purchase and sales invoices
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Support credit control and month-end reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams
What You’ll Need
• Finance or accounts admin experience
• Strong Excel and organisational skills
• Familiarity with accounting software (Dynamics 365 Business Central a plus)
• Detail-oriented and proactive
