Job Title: Service Support Executive Location: Prentice Portadown Ltd Join Our Team We are seeking a highly organised, Service Support Executive to join our Service team at Prentice Portadown. This is an exciting opportunity to work with two premium automotive brands (BMW & MINI), supporting our Service and Sales departments while delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey. This role is a back of house role designed to assist the efficient day to day running of a fast paced service department. Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8:00am 5:00pm Saturday (Rota basis): 9:00am 1:00pm This is a full-time, permanent position. Key Responsibilities As a Service Support Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both the Service and Sales teams. Duties will include: Service & Bookings Assisting with inbound and outbound service booking calls Scheduling service, MOT and repair appointments efficiently Coordinating courtesy vehicles and customer transport arrangements Supporting Service Advisors with administrative duties CRM & Customer Experience Managing and updating CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records Handling customer queries professionally and promptly Supporting retention campaigns and service reminders Vehicle Preparation (New & Used) Coordinating new and used vehicle preparation schedules Liaising with the workshop and valeting team to ensure timely vehicle readiness Managing PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) documentation Organising vehicle handover packs and documentation Supporting stock management processes Assisting with parts coordination and internal communications Maintaining accurate filing systems and digital records About You The ideal candidate will: Have previous experience in an automotive, service, or administrative role (preferred) Possess excellent communication and organisational skills Be highly computer literate with experience using CRM systems Thrive in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate strong attention to detail Deliver outstanding customer service with a professional manner Work effectively both independently and as part of a team What We Offer On Target Earnings up to £32,000 Company pension scheme Long service annual leave rewards Staff parking Staff discounts Ongoing training and development with a premium brand Supportive and professional team culture To apply please send an up to date CV to or for a no obligation conversation call our Aftersales Director Lisa McMenemy on.
