As we expand our team, we are looking for a dedicated Rifle Assembly Technician I to contribute to our manufacturing excellence.
Position Summary
The Rifle Assembly Technician I will play a key role in supporting the assembly and quality of Q products through precise work and adherence to established processes. This position is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for producing high-quality products in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly Excellence:
* Assemble Q products using established production methods and standard operating procedures.
* Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble mechanical components with accuracy.
Quality Control and Testing:
* Assist in testing assembled products for functionality under supervision, following all safety rules and regulations.
* Identify and report any irregularities in materials, processes, or equipment to the department supervisor promptly.
Workplace Maintenance:
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
* Follow company policies to uphold operational standards.
Adaptability and Collaboration:
* Learn and adapt to evolving production methods.
* Perform additional duties as requested to support team goals.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* At least 1 year of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field (firearms experience is a plus).
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow detailed instructions.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
* Mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing processes.
* Proficient in using basic hand tools and power tools.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality products.
* Firearms familiarity but not required-training will be provided.
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on assembly tasks.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adhere to safety protocols during assembly and testing processes.
