The Role
As a Qualified Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, working directly with clients and providing clear, practical advice. You’ll enjoy autonomy in your work while being part of a collaborative team where knowledge sharing and support are at the core of the firm’s success.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.
* Handling files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision.
* Providing professional, client-focused advice and maintaining the highest standards of service.
* Building and maintaining long-term client and referrer relationships.
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm policies.
About You
* Qualified Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX).
* Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
