The Role (What you’ll be doing):
The position involves working on a new product launch in oncology. Responsibilities include securing formulary inclusion in hospitals and cancer centres, engaging with hospital formulary teams, understanding formulary processes, and raising awareness among clinical formulary champions to secure product access.
The role entails making calls and using digital platforms to communicate with healthcare professionals in this specialist environment.

The Person (You):
Proven experience in hospital sales, preferably in oncology, haematology, or specialty care. Success in gaining formulary inclusion and influencing decision-makers, with a good understanding of NHS structures and funding pathways, is preferable. Experience in pharmaceutical remote selling is desirable. Traits include tenacity, confidence, and disruptive thinking.
