Due to continued growth/expansion we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and detail-oriented person to join our friendly team. As part of the UK's Number 1 Motocross online retailer - you will handle customer enquiries, process orders, and be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be required to take ownership of customer enquiries through to resolution and deliver a customer experience that exceeds expectations - with a personalised friendly & efficient service. You will also be required to maintain accurate records within our database. The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Annual salary £27,248 40hrs per week Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service:Respond to customer emails, calls, and chat enquiries promptly and professionally.
* Sales Support:Process customer orders accurately, manage customer accounts, and assist with sales enquiries.
* Data Entry:Enter and update customer information, order specifications, and product item numbers into the CRM/database.
* Accuracy Verification:Review and verify data accuracy by comparing documents, ensuring high-quality standards.
* Problem Resolution:Investigate customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
* Experience:1+years of experience in customer service, sales support, or data entry preferred. Although not essential as full training will be provided.
* Skills:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Tech-Savvy:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or similar CRM software.
