Helpdesk Administrator
Location: Oxford
Start Date: ASAP
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off rotation (Includes both day and night shifts)
Working Hours:
* Days: 06:00 - 18:30
* Nights: 18:00 - 06:30
Pay Rates:
* Days: £13.83 per hour
* Nights: £15.55 per hour
* Overtime (Time and a Half): £20.75 per hour
Key Responsibilities
* Managing incoming calls and emails efficiently
* Logging and updating jobs on the helpdesk system
* Coordinating with internal teams and external contractors
* Ensuring all requests are handled within agreed timeframes
* Providing excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
* Previous helpdesk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Comfortable working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern including nights
* A valid DBS check is required (or willingness to obtain one)
Training: Full training will be provided during your first week.
