Job Title : Sales Office Supervisor
Location: South East (Office-based, 5 days per week)
Salary: £40,000 £50,000 depending on experience
About the Role:
The company are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Office Supervisor to join their team. This role is pivotal to the smooth running of our sales operations and will act as second-in-command, deputising for the Office Manager when required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in packaging and a proven ability to manage and motivate a sales and telesales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and deputise for the Office Manager as required.
Liaise with and provide guidance to the external sales team.
Oversee customer service operations, ensuring high standards are maintained.
Drive and motivate the telesales team to achieve targets.
Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics.
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Required Experience & Skills:
Proven experience in sales within the packaging industry.
Experience managing or supervising a sales or telesales team.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
