What will I be doing?
* Reporting to the Managing Director of our Industrial and Commercial division, this senior role involves inspiring our team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
* Your role is to lead and manage the Central region’s established commercial collection business, which operates in a price-driven competitive market, requiring the delivery of high standards of service to our diverse customer base.
* Through your leadership and experience, motivate and equip the team to help SUEZ meet its goals by prioritizing excellent customer service.
* Retain and acquire profitable new business and achieve regional P&L targets.
* Build strong customer relationships, develop clear growth strategies, and understand market trends.
* Leverage our network of waste treatment and recycling assets, along with regional management support, to build your strategy.
What are the requirements?
* Senior management experience in a complex multi-site logistics operation where service delivery is critical.
* Ability to maximize efficiency, service large national accounts, and benchmark market pricing.
* Proficiency in managing sales teams, optimizing team performance, and maintaining excellent customer relationships, especially regarding service levels and loyalty.
* Strong commercial skills to successfully run and develop our evolving business.
