The shift pattern for this position is Monday to Friday, various hours may be considered This post is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Corporate Practice Development team. The key component of this role is to support the development of HCSWs across NHSGGC. The Associate Practice Educator will provide support for the educational and development activities, relating primarily to the Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) workforce within Nursing and Midwifery in collaboration with practice development and education networks board wide. The aim of the role is to enhance the quality of work-based learning experiences for relevant staff and positively contribute to the future HCSW workforce.
