Hoople Recruitment is seeking a Senior HR Advisor on an interim agency basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in:
1. Restructuring, including advising and supporting managers and senior leaders through consultation processes
2. Preparing documentation for restructures, including template letters
3. Advising on job descriptions and structure chart preparation
4. Some experience with job evaluation processes (beneficial)
5. Supporting managers with people-related change management processes
6. TUPE experience
7. Advising managers and senior leaders on recruitment activities
8. Experience working within a unionized environment
9. Previous experience in a local authority (beneficial but not essential)
