As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll be responsible for:
9. Conducting advanced vehicle diagnostics and complex repairs to the highest standards.
10. Ensuring accurate and efficient first-time fixes using your expert problem-solving skills.
11. Performing thorough inspections, identifying faults, and advising on necessary repairs or recommendations.
12. Collaborating with the service team to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency.
13. Mentoring junior technicians, sharing your expertise to support team development.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
14. To be a fully qualified Vehicle Technician, ideally to City and Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with significant experience in vehicle mechanics and repair
15. Proven expertise in a main franchised dealership setting, handling complex diagnostic and repair tasks.
16. A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
17. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
18. A passion for problem-solving and keeping up with the latest automotive technologies.
19. To reside within the Farnham, Surrey area or have reliable transport to commute to our clients workshop
