Are you an experienced customer services individual looking for a new challenge? Our reptuable client based in Belper are looking to hire an Order Processor to join their growing business.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
Previous experience of placing & processing orders
Strong administration & customer service experience & skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office & CRM systems
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
The ideal candidate will have experience in accurate data entry and ordering products.
Within this position, you’ll be:
Providing support to colleagues & the wider business
Ordering products and parts
Handling email requests
Scheduling & managing of appointments and deliveries of orders
Liaising with colleagues to ensure accuracy of orders
Keeping records upto date
Prioritising own workload
Accordance with service level agreements and maintain clear communication with customers.
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £ 27,058 per annum plus bonus
Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm, 1 Saturday in every 5 weeks & 1 Sunday in every 10 weeks.
