Payrate: £95–£120 Per day (Depending on experience)

We are hiring an Attendance & Safeguarding Officer to join a school in Nottingham, supporting the safeguarding team, monitoring pupil attendance, and ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
This is a vital role for an Attendance & Safeguarding Officer who is vigilant, organised, and committed to protecting and supporting young people.
The Role:
* Monitor and manage pupil attendance records, identifying and addressing concerns
* Support safeguarding procedures and maintain accurate records
* Work closely with staff, families, and external agencies to ensure pupil wellbeing
* Provide guidance, support, and intervention where required
What You’ll Bring as Attendance & Safeguarding Officer:
* Relevant experience in safeguarding, attendance, or pastoral support
* Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
