Your New Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial ownership of
apartment developments from pre‑construction through to handover. You will:
Lead cost planning, procurement, subcontract management, and commercial reporting
Ensure robust financial control across all project stages
Partner closely with internal delivery teams to ensure programme, quality and commercial targets are met
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QS colleagues
Play a critical role in shaping commercial strategy as the business continues to scale
The projects you'll oversee are high‑value, design‑led residential developments-ideal for a QS who thrives in a dynamic builder-developer environment.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS within residential, commercial or civil construction
Strong commercial and contractual expertise, ideally with main contractor or developer experience
A confident communicator able to influence stakeholders and commercially drive projects
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
