Average13 hours a week Monday Sunday (based over a 4week rota).

Doyou want to work at the leading conference events fitness andleisure complex in the area To add to our enthusiastic and customerfocused team we are looking for a motivated and flexible person tofill a part time receptionistrole.
This role willinclude evening and weekend shifts plus holiday and sickness coverwhen required.
Jobresponsibility
Ensuringcustomer care is always of the highest standard i.e. presentationappearance and manner.
Undertaking telephone duties for all incoming calls to the venuegiving advice taking messages and redirecting calls when necessary.
Having sound knowledgeof all aspects of the products facilities and activities that Venue360 as a business offers. Particular expertise/greater knowledgeshould be in the leisure and Lifelines Health Club side of thebusiness.
Maintaineffective departmental filling systems to ensure files can beeasily accessed andretrieved.
Maintainrecords to assist in the smooth running of the department.
Responsible forkeeping the main reception area clean and tidy with all the new andrelevant information.
Advising members of current courses available and the suitabilityfor their needs.
Booking sports activities andclasses.
Dealing withlost property enquiries recording and safe storage of valuablesfound
Adding newmembers onto the system and processing/buying the appropriatemembership.
Assistingthe management team in any area of the venue operation to ensuremembers requirements aremet.
Monitoring thereception inbox responding to all emails and addressing questionsor forwarding them to the appropriate department as necessary.
Ensures any relevantissues are brought to the duty managersattention.
Cashing uptills and reconcilingtills.
Walk customersthrough our joining and booking processes online.
Assist leisuremanagers in maintaining departmentaldatabases.
Requiredattributes andskills
Strong communication skills (both oral andwritten).
Excellentteamwork skills to work productively with other members of staffand departments.
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as per thedemands of thebusiness.
The abilityto handle complaints and deal promptly with any issues trying toresolve them where possible all within a professionalmanner.
Strong customerservice and operational skills areessential.
Goodtimekeeping and a pleasant demeanour along with a sociablenature.
A can doattitude and a willingness tolearn.
Can workcomfortably underpressure.
Desirableattributes and skills
Previous experience as a receptionist in a similar establishment ispreferred.
Experiencewith the leisure booking system GladstonePlus2.
Strong ComputerSkills (Microsoftoffice).
Flexibility todeal with a fastpaced reception environment for all parts of thecompany.
