ROLE: Soft Services Supervisor
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
LOCATION: Herts CLCH NHS - Watford - Langley House

Role Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with Clients and Internal teams,
Conduct Cleaning and Catering Audits for the site,
Monitor performance against SLA's and Cleaning specifications,
Schedule teams rotas, sick and annual leave cover etc,
Ensure service delivery across the contracts aligns with company policies and procedures (HR, QHSE, RTW, Vetting and Compliance),
Manage employee wages and ensure Health & safety compliance
Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
Previous experience in Soft Services/ Cleaning
Comfortable with Microsoft Office packages,
Excellent customer service and communication skills,
Food Hygiene qualification is highly desirable,
Supervisory/ Managerial experience,
Strong organisation skills and time management,
