Partnership and Integration Manager
The Growth Company’s (GC) Employment, Justice and Health team have an exciting opportunity for a Partnership and Integration Manager who will raise the profile of our contracts and The Growth Company and contribute to referral and engagement targets.

Please note: This role is agile, based in Preston & Burnley, with travel required across Lancashire and Merseyside. The successful candidate will also be required to undergo vetting to enable them to work across all our delivery centres.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and community groups to drive referrals and engagement across GC programmes.
2. Represent GC at community and promotional events to raise awareness of our services and support recruitment outreach.
3. Plan and deliver partnership events and workshops to strengthen collaboration with external stakeholders and promote participant progression.
4. Liaise with local authorities, partners, and service providers to support joint activities and ensure referral targets are met.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all stakeholder and engagement activity to ensure effective reporting and management information (MI).
6. Support integration and collaboration across GC Employment, Justice & Health; identifying opportunities to work more effectively with colleagues and teams.
7. Deliver presentations and engagement sessions to external organisations to promote GC programmes and services.
8. Continuously seek ways to improve partnership working, outreach approaches, and stakeholder engagement outcomes.
About You:
9. Knowledge of the employability sector, both nationally and within the local area of delivery.
10. Understanding of key stakeholders and partners within the region.
11. Awareness of the community and voluntary sector.
12. Positive, friendly, empathetic, and approachable attitude.
13. Results-driven, with a strong focus on people and collaboration.
14. Enthusiastic and committed to achieving goals and continuous improvement.
Skills Required:
15. Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and partners, including those in senior positions.
16. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and present to groups of various sizes and backgrounds.
17. Strong IT skills, including experience using databases, websites, and social media platforms.
18. Demonstrated experience of integration and partnership working within the employability sector.
19. Experience of project management, including organising and delivering events.
20. Solid understanding of the employability sector and related challenges.
