Job Summary
Voyagerr is hiring an experienced Payroll & HR process owner to continue to ensure payroll-related administration and HR systems operate accurately, compliantly, and consistently as the organization grows.
This is a role with significant responsibility and autonomy. It exists to bring clarity, structure, and reliability to payroll and HR processes across six European countries.
The Payroll & HR processes owner will work right at the intersection of Finance, HR and IT, acting as the key partner to external payroll providers, while ensuring that internal systems, input data, and processes are accurate, compliant, and continuously improving. This role focuses on ownership, coordination, and governance rather than payroll calculation or pay slip processing.
You will manage HR processes such as expenses management, time tracking, support the HR manager on Talent Management and Compensation & Benefits processes.
Your mission is to ensure that payroll and our systems are trusted, well-governed, and scalable — and to continuously improve processes, how data flows, and how partnerships work across countries.
Job Description
This role is hands-on, operational, and influential. As Payroll & HR Process Owner, you will work closely with external payroll providers across multiple countries, partner with internal payroll and finance teams, collaborate with HR leadership and local managers, and coordinate with IT and system partners. With a structured, solution-oriented approach to driving alignment, resolving issues, and continuously improving how payroll and HR operations function across the organization, you will thrive in this role.

* Preparation of core HR reports (headcount, absence, workforce data)
* Turning complex people and payroll data into clear, decision-ready insights for the business

What Makes You a Strong Fit
* Proven experience working with external payroll providers
* Experience operating across multiple countries
* Strong language skills in English and French
* Strong understanding of payroll data, controls, and compliance in at least one country and an openness to mastering these for other countries outside of native country.
* Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
* Solid experience administering HR systems, payroll tools, and time reporting systems
* Strong process mindset — you enjoy creating order and improving how things work
* It comes naturally for you to be highly organized and detail-oriented
* You enjoy complexity, take pride in precision, and want to be the person who brings order, clarity, and improvement to HR administration and payroll operations.
