The Opportunity

Step into a leadership role where your passion, vision, and drive truly matter. We’re seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Service Manager to take the lead across four dynamic supported living services in Dorchester—delivering around 1,400 hours of care and support each week.

This is your opportunity to shape and inspire teams that bring energy, dedication, and compassion to everything they do. You’ll lead from the front—motivating your team to deliver the very best support to people living with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.


In this pivotal role, you will:

* Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Support Workers and Team Leaders to deliver truly exceptional care and support.
* Oversee high-quality service delivery for individuals with diverse and complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviours, and physical disabilities.
* Champion continuous improvement and uphold the highest quality standards across all services.
* Build meaningful relationships with your teams, families, and local communities—creating environments where people can truly thrive.

What You’ll Bring

* A minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care with Level 5 being desirable (or working towards it)
* Strong experience in operational and people management
* A valid UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
* A genuine passion for quality care — and the ability to lead by example
