Deliver a professional, customer-focused service and handle enquiries promptly. Support complaint investigations and providetimely, helpful responses. Coordinate asbestos surveys, inspections and any follow-upworks. Manage customer improvement requests,permissionsand consultation processes. MaintainaccurateIT records, including orders, variations,inspectionsand payments. Assistwith budget monitoring, contract performance, reporting and cross-team collaboration. Whatwerelooking for Strong literacy,numeracyand technical ability, with confidence using digital devices,softwareand ICT systems. Able tomaintainaccurate, well-organised records with a focus on getting things right first time. Clear, effective communicator with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
