A leading logistics operation is seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Team Leader to oversee daily freight, warehousing, and transport activities. You will manage a busy team, ensure high service levels, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
Responsibilities
1. Lead and develop the logistics team
2. Oversee daily freight, warehouse, and transport operations
3. Manage workflow, planning, and resource allocation
4. Monitor KPIs and service performance
5. Ensure compliance with customs, health & safety, and industry regulations
6. Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, and suppliers
Key Skills
7. Strong background in logistics, freight, or supply chain
8. Proven leadership and people-management skills
9. Solid understanding of air, sea, or road freight operations
10. Confident in problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment
11. Good IT and communication skills
