This is a field-based role carrying out food safety audits across a wide range of food businesses.

What they're looking for:
Degree-qualified Environmental Health Practitioner (BSc Environmental Health)or
Level 4 Food Safety qualification and relevant auditing experience
Strong food safety knowledge
Good report writing skills
Ability to work independently
Full UK driving licence
