About the role: As a Registered Manager it will be your role to provide support to the staff and people supported. You will take full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes, to ensure we are able to provide the highest quality of care and support. We are looking for a candidate who holds their CQC registration, and an RGN PIN and their Level 5 in Health and Social Care, or are willing to work towards this qualification. Treetops is a high-dependency, residential care home providing 24-hour nursing and personal care for adults with disabilities, most of whom are younger. People at Treetops have a wide range of individual choice, enabled by active support from staff. The service takes a person-centred, flexible approach. We know that everyone’s needs and aspirations are different – that all sorts of things add up to a flourishing life.

* Provide support to staff and people supported and take overall responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes to ensure high-quality care and support.
Qualifications
* Hold CQC registration, and an RGN PIN and Level 5 in Health and Social Care, or be willing to work towards this qualification.
