Our client specialises in delivering high-quality commercial and office fitouts across Cat A and Cat B. We are seeking a confident and experienced Site Manager who can lead on-site operations, ensure project timelines are met, and uphold safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and within budget. Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery. Overseeing health and safety compliance, risk management, and site safety protocols. Monitoring progress and quality of work, conducting regular site inspections. Managing site diaries, programmes, and reporting progress to senior management. Addressing any on-site issues promptly to minimise delay and maintain work flow. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager in a fitout or commercial refurbishment environment on both Cat A and Cat B. Strong understanding of fitout processes, techniques, and materials. Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate teams and stakeholders effectively. Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to construction sites. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Driving licence and willingness to work on-site in Wiltshire.
