We're working with a highly reputable law firm based in Blandford Forum, known for its down-to-earth culture and commitment to internal development. They are now seeking a Projects and Operations Assistant to support their growing team.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone keen to build a career in business support, projects, and operations. You'll be working closely with the Operations & Efficiencies Manager, gaining exposure to a variety of internal projects across the firm and playing a key part in driving continuous improvements.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting the design, implementation and management of firm-wide operational projects.
* Liaising with external providers and arranging/attending meetings.
* Managing the diary and workload of the Operations & Efficiencies Manager.
* Helping to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies across departments.
* Assisting with the rollout of new and revised processes.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good IT skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
* Confidence to use initiative and work independently as well as within a team.
Desirable but not essential:
* Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment.
* Flexibility to travel to other local offices occasionally.
