We are working with a reputable law firm based across Lincolnshire and the Midlands are recruiting for an Agricultural Property Solicitor to work in their Lincoln office however they would be open to candidates working across other offices that they have across Lincolnshire and the Midlands.
The firm are looking to hire someone with 2+ years PQE who is looking to take the next step in their career, who wants to grow and progress with a firm.
You will advise and support on a wider range of matters including:
* Farm Business Tenancies
* Acquisition and disposal of farms/rural property
* Auction packs
* Exchange, Completion and Post Completion
The successful candidate
* Previous property experience with some background within Agricultural Property or the desire to work within Agricultural Law
* 2+ years PQE
* Excellent communication skills for clear advice and building rapport.
* Proactive and detail-oriented; eager to learn and develop.
* Committed to teamwork and contributing to the firm's success.
