Oral Surgeon Opportunity to service large MOS Contract – £24 per UDA – 2 Days/Week
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Oral Surgeon to join our friendly and professional dental team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of anatomy and surgical procedures, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Days: 2 days per week (Thursday and Friday)
Rate: £24 per UDA
Scope: Oral surgery procedures including extractions, minor oral surgery, and complex cases

Requirements:
· GDC registration and relevant qualifications
· Experience in oral surgery procedures

Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and consultations with patients to determine the best surgical approach.
* Ability to triage patients coming through the referral platform
* Perform a variety of surgical procedures with precision and care, adhering to established protocols and best practices.
* Utilise medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and surgical planning.
* Collaborate with anaesthetists, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive patient care before, during, and after surgery.
* Monitor patients' recovery post-surgery, providing follow-up care and addressing any complications that may arise.
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of all surgical procedures performed.
* Stay updated on advancements in surgical techniques and technologies, including Computer-Aided Design (CAD) applications relevant to surgery.
Skills
* In-depth knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
* Proficiency in using medical imaging technologies for diagnostic purposes.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: From £72.00 per hour
