A day in the life
* Deliver high-quality, curriculum-aligned lessons (plans provided or adapted with flair)
* Support students across KS3KS4, and KS5 where appropriate
* Maintain high standards of behaviour, using fair, consistent strategies
* Monitor student wellbeing and immediately report any safeguarding concerns
* Complete key admin such as registers and handover notesso the class teacher can return smoothly
* Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure a safe, supportive environment for every student
What youll bring
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) including Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
* Strong subject knowledge and a thorough understanding of the Secondary Curriculum
* Confident, professional classroom management skills
* A sound understanding of safeguarding procedures and the responsibility to act decisively
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
* The adaptability to step into new schools, uphold policies, and model best practice
