Key Responsibilities
Facilities & Site Infrastructure
* Oversee the maintenance of site facilities, including buildings, utilities, and outdoor areas.
* Ensure all infrastructure is safe, functional, and compliant with statutory regulations.
* Plan and coordinate repairs, upgrades, and improvements as needed.
* Drive proactive maintenance to ensure long-term site reliability.
Contractor & Supplier Management
* Coordinate activities with external contractors and service providers.
* Manage service contracts, ensuring performance meets and exceeds expectations.
* Ensure contractor work is completed safely, on schedule, and to high standards.
* Control costs while maximizing service quality and value.
Compliance, Safety & Governance
* Ensure timely completion of all statutory and safety-critical inspections.
* Maintain meticulous records that are audit-ready at all times.
* Support safety initiatives, risk assessments, and compliance audits.
* Cultivate a strong safety culture across all facilities activities.
Systems, Planning & Administration
* Raise, manage, and close facilities-related work orders efficiently.
* Monitor backlog, response times, and completion rates to drive performance.
* Track facilities KPIs and proactively report any issues.
* Collaborate closely with maintenance and engineering teams to align priorities.
Collaboration & Communication
* Liaise daily with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Communicate facilities issues clearly and professionally to all stakeholders.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the site.
* Serve as a flexible and reliable point of contact for all facilities matters.

* Timely completion of statutory and safety-critical inspections
