Your role and responsibilities
As an Apprentice Project Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting projects that improve health and wellbeing outcomes across Suffolk. You'll work closely with colleagues, partners, and communities to deliver on our mission of "Working in partnership to build the foundations for Healthy People, Healthy Places and Healthy Futures, and safer, stronger, more resilient communities in Suffolk".
On a typical day, you might:
* Support the preparation and delivery of Youth Social Action hackathons, including logistics, materials, and venue arrangements.
* Assist at events, helping to facilitate and engage young people.
* Record and organise project information, outputs, and learning.
* Liaise with young people, schools, colleges, and community organisations to support engagement.
* Administer grant funding for youth-led projects, including maintaining records and supporting compliance.
* Collect and collate feedback and monitoring information for reporting and evaluation.
* Prepare written updates and basic reports for managers and partners.

Your apprenticeship
* Associate Project Manager - Level 4 - Associate project manager / Skills England.
* Length of apprenticeship - 18 months plus 6 months for end point assessment.
