Graduate Humanities Teaching Assistant – Person Specification:
* A 2:1 or higher degree in a Humanities subject (e.g. History, English, Geography, RS)
* A passion for education and a desire to support young people’s learning
* Some experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude

* Assist teachers in the delivery of engaging, high-quality lessons
* Support students with varying needs to help close learning gaps
* Plan and deliver tailored intervention sessions when appropriate
* Take part in weekly training and professional development to build your skills
