About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team in Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting various office functions to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
* Maintain and organise both physical and digital filing systems.
* Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
* Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
* Support the preparation and editing of documents, reports, and presentations.
* Greet and assist visitors, providing a welcoming environment.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed.
* Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations
Experience and Skills
* Proven experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Additional Information
* Salary: £25,000 per year.
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (37.5 hours per week).
