Job Specification
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Print Production Specialist to join our team, producing high-quality graphics for the exhibition and live events sector. From bold backdrops to custom displays, we deliver a wide range of work. If you’ve got solid large-format print experience, know your way around UV print technology, and take pride in producing top-tier work, this could be the role for you.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
• Running our large-format Agfa Anapurna UV/LED printers and other production equipment to produce graphics that meet the high standards expected in the exhibition world.
• Working with a variety of materials — from tension fabric and vinyls to Foamex, Dibond, and other rigid substrates.
• Finishing and prepping graphics for install — including trimming, mounting, sewing, eyeletting, or whatever the job calls for.
• Collaborating with the Studio team to ensure artwork is technically sound, specs are clear, and any production challenges are solved before they become problems.
• Troubleshooting on the go, maintaining machines, and keeping everything running efficiently.
• Keeping accurate job records via our MIS and supporting smooth scheduling and job flow.
• Ordering or flagging low stock of materials and consumables to keep production ticking over.
• Occasionally assisting with on-site graphics installs or supporting install prep.
What We're Looking For
• Proven experience in a print production role — ideally within the exhibitions, events, or display graphics industry.
• Hands-on experience with large-format digital presses
• Solid understanding of working with a wide range of materials, including tension fabric and rigid boards.
• Strong finishing skills and a keen eye for quality — from colour accuracy to final presentation.
• Confident using RIP software, following detailed specs, and adapting to varied job types.
• Someone practical, organised, and comfortable working to tight deadlines.
• Team player who’s happy to get stuck in and help wherever needed.
Nice to Have
• Experience in fabric finishing (sewing, silicone edging, etc.)
• Knowledge of colour management and quality control workflows.
• Comfortable with installation prep or occasional on-site graphics installs.
• Formal training in print production or graphics (though hands-on experience is more important).
Why Join Us?
• Be part of a team that produces standout work for exhibitions, live events and more.
• Work on a huge variety of jobs — every day brings something different.
• Get hands-on with high-end kit and materials in a fast-moving but supportive environment.
• Have your voice heard — we welcome ideas, input, and people who take ownership.
If this sounds like your kind of role, we’d love to hear from you. Send us your CV and a few lines about what you bring to the team.
