Are you enthusiastic about sport and eager to gain hands-on experience in an educational setting? We are seeking a Sports & School Support Assistant to join our team on a term-time, full-time basis, supporting pupils and staff across the school.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a gap year student or someone considering a future in education, coaching, or working with children.
Key Responsibilities
* Support PE and games lessons across various sports
* Assist with weekly swimming sessions (Pool Responder training provided)
* Help facilitate extracurricular sports clubs and fixtures
* Provide general support to teachers and pupils across the school
About You
* Passionate about sport and working with young people
* Willing to complete Pool Responder training (funded by the school)
* Coaching experience or qualifications in sports such as netball, football, cricket, hockey, or tennis are advantageous but not essential
* Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn
